Kiro says Steve Murro told the station that he was attacking the storm mark with his family on the same day. He says that he did not look at the attack, but heard shouting when he was coming to the area.
“We heard like a small child’s shouts,” said Muro.
Muro and his father -in -law, Mike Frannicen, said Kiro said that he went up and saw a group of people holding the mother and relaxing the family.
Muro and Frannicen say that the witnesses told them that the father was able to take his child away from the cougar. Both believe that their actions saved the child’s life.
“I don’t think if he was not to jump his father, the child will survive.” “I mean, he is a hero. You know, it boils only for safety in numbers and it is rare that something like this will happen.”
