The federal prosecutors failed to secure hooliganism prosecution from a grand jury this week against an employee of a former-justice department. Recruit A Sandwich in a federal law enforcement officer in Washington, a source familiar with the case told CBS News.

But a federal grand jury inspired Dun to do so. It is not clear whether the federal prosecutors will try again to secure an indictment against him, or will seek allegations of rape instead, which will not require a grand jury decision. He is accused of a count of attacking federal law enforcement. No petition has been filed in the case, but the initial hearing in their case for September 4 is scheduled.
A source in the Department of Justice said that Dunn worked as a paralegal in the office of international affairs within the criminal division of the department. After his arrest, he was fired by Attorney General Palm Bondi.
Dun’s lawyer, Sabrina Shroff refused to comment.

In Video In the incident quoted under the allegations, Dunn can be seen shouting in the area around him before throwing the sandwich wrapped on the officer’s chest. Dun attempted to run on foot before being arrested, videos of documents and video shows of the incident.
According to the affidavit, Dun shouted, “F *** You! You F *** ING Fascist! Why are you here? I don’t want you in your city,” before crossing the road. He later returned and threw sandwich. Dun, according to charging documents, admitted in law enforcement, “I did so. I threw a sandwich.”
