Two of the daughters of suspected killer James Craig took a stand in a Shatabdi, Colorado, court room on Thursday afternoon and testified against his father, who is accused of killing his mother in March 2023 in a 10 -day period.
Craig has been accused of first-degree murder in the death of wife Angela, who alleged the prosecutors that potassium cyanide and tetrahydrozoline poison died after a week-a-week week and after being a half and half and half out.
Craig’s oldest daughter on Thursday testified that her mother was away from suicide, as as defense led by Attorney Lisa Fine Moses, according to the testing, according to, according to, according to, according to, Kus,

The daughter said, “She will talk to me when I had my children and when she could meet them, how fun it would be.” “She was very excited to be a grandmother.”
He described Angela as his “best friend” and said that Angela was a hobby, including woodworking and exercise. She also loved animals, and, at the top, her children.
Craig’s daughter testified that when her mother was in the hospital, she was disappointed that she could not be with her children.
“She wanted to go back home,” she said. “She just wanted to go back to her girls.”
He told the jury that his parents had fought in their marriage many years before the alleged murder, but said that things had improved before Angela’s death.
Rescue insisted that Angela was unhappy with a failed marriage, allegedly calling her a “broken” woman with mental health issues. Craig lawyers never disputed that Angela died of poison, but says Craig was not responsible.

The couple’s eldest daughter allegedly wanted a dead body examination on Angela’s body, but said Kreig refused.
Later, the couple’s second eldest daughter testified. He also said that her mother was not suicide and she had a future plan.
“We mostly talked about moving forward. She always always talked about her house,” she said.
Angela dreamed of going to a house on a large plot of land with a wooden shop in five years, according to the testimony.
He revealed important information about communication with his father while in jail, especially a list of requests made by Craig.
On the instructions of his father, he said that he dropped another prisoner from jail. The prisoner gave him a handwritten bundle of documents in his father’s handwriting. The documents included instructions to make a “deepfech” video using a cheap burner laptop for him, which he was to buy using a prepaid visa gift card. Craig instructed his daughter to reach the dark web to buy a service to make a video.

He allegedly ordered him to upload a video on a thumb drive and told the detectives that he found a drive in his mother’s bag, then to destroy the laptop.
Craig told his daughter in documents that he was unfaithful for Angela and asked her to buy poison. He told his daughter that he and his mother were playing a game of chicken when he accidentally took a lot of poison.
Craig is accused of tampering with evidence related to the incident.
Former Arapahoe County’s prosecutor and current colloidal lawyer Eric Fadis, who is not involved in the Craig case, talked about significant testimony to Fox News Digital.
“This is a shock to rescue,” he said.
The fads believe that the children would probably know if their mother was committing suicide and it would be unnecessarily to ask one of them to make evidence if Craig had done nothing wrong.

,[Craig] Getting out and asking one of the children to do a deep fake video, who supported the notion that Angela Craig was suicidal, looks like a act of frustration, “Fadis said.
“And, it is also, to include your children in this way when you are facing a first-degree murder charge, which can cause children to bring in contact with criminal liability, this is just a terrible form for defense.”
As his mother’s refusal was suicidal, Fadis said the testimony could be interpreted by the jury in two ways.
He said, “They can explain it, if a person is suicidal, it is appropriate to think that their closest people will have a feeling, including their children,” he said. “Even if the mother did not come out and clearly say that she was suicidal to her children, you would think that children would have seen clues that a person could be suicide, such as depressive episode, excessive cry, disintegrated by life.

“I think that the argument of defense may be that a mother may be an incentive to not disclose her children that she is struggling with a suicidal idea because she does not want to worry them, and also, it’s a very private, sensitive matter,” he said. “So, if the jury sees it in this way, it may be slightly less.
“But I think, overall, it is problematic to protect.”
