17 -year -old Mia Kiwan from the county tipper became unwell in the event and died in the hospital shortly after.
In a separate event, 24 -year -old tray Keenan from County Down, died at rented residence in the city center, a few hours after the incident ended.
Two other people live in the hospital after attending the dance festival.
At the meeting, Belfast City Council officials on Wednesday met the organizers of Emerg and other prominent stakeholders for “de-arms”.
Councilors have told BBC News Ni that “questions need to be answered”.
Emerge Music Festival is the largest dance concert in Northern Ireland.
It usually occurs on the August Bank Holiday Weekend in Boucher playing grounds in South Belfast and attracts a crowd of around 40,000 dance music fans each day.
The festival this year was made in the headlines by Fetboy Slim on Saturday and bicep on Sunday, while Sammy Virji, Fazak, Sunny Fodera and Danny Hoved were also line up.
Shine Productions, which organized the festival, has been approached for comment.
Mia was visiting Belfast from Karric-on-Sire to participate in the event.
The investigation is still going on what is the cause of his death.
Belfast District Commander Suptest Alastair Hagan said: “It was reported during the incident that a 17 -year -old girl had become unwell. Sadly, she later died in the hospital.”
Mr. Keenan also attended the festival and became unwell and died after returning to his rented residence in Belfast.
He worked as a chef and had a four -month -old son.
Irish News told Mr. Keenan was earlier suffering from heart complications and asthma.
The family told the newspaper that he had suffered a panic and his death was not associated with drugs.
The police are still investigating both deaths and said that there were several arrests in the weekend.
SUPT HAGAN said that many organizations – including the police service of North Ireland and Belfast City Council, were involved with ensuring that the festival was safely passed.
He said that the officials made seven arrests in the weekend and issued three fixed penalty notices, one precaution and nine community resolution notices.
He said that crimes were involved in disorganized behavior, beverage-driving, attack on police and controlled drugs.
