Prosecutors are considering bringing further allegations against Lucy Latbi, where they worked after infants’ deaths and non-fatal collapse in hospitals.
Crown Prosecution Services (CPS) received a “full file of evidence” from the Cheshire police about the incidents of Czecey Hospital and Liverpool Women’s Hospital.
Former newborn nurse is serving 15 life sentence for the killing of Latbi, 35, seven children and trying to kill seven other people, one of which on two occasions, in the counties of Chester Hospital between 2015 and 2016.
The Cheshire Police is investigating other incidents going back in 2012, covering the career and training of latebi in Liverpool.

In a separate development, the force announced on Tuesday that three former senior managers were arrested at the Counts of Chester Hospital on suspicion of gross negligence.
The latest evidence presented to CPS is not related to gross negligence.
