The Homeland Security Department (DHS) has exploded the New York Times for his reporting on a convict Jamaica killer by the Trump administration in July.
The Times ran its headline,,The person who gave his time in America was sent to an African jail., The first sentence of the article explained how Orville Atoria shot and killed a person in Brooklyn about 30 years ago.

Atoria was sentenced to 25 years and was ordered exile in 2009.
Along with the murder, DHS has stated that Atoria’s criminal history includes armed robbery, capture of a weapon and forced theft.
During his sentence in the Singing Sing Karcasetal Facility in New York, Atoria graduated through the Hudson Link program at Mercy College and graduated in 2018. He also followed a master in divinity.
After releasing atoria in 2021, the Biden administration allowed him to stay in the US until he investigated with ice and despite permanent exile order.

In this summer, the Trump administration ordered Etoria to be sent to a small southern African country of Evatini, where he is not a citizen.
In July, the US Department of Homeland Security announced the exile of five exile from Vietnam, Laos, Cuba and Yemen, including Atoria.
DHS spokesperson Trisia McLaglin at the time wrote on X, “A safe third country for Evatini in Southern Africa has flew exile. The flight made individuals so uniquely that their home countries refused to withdraw them.”

The DHS said Jamaica and other countries refused to accept Estini, although Jamaica officials have disputed the claim.

DHS said in a statement for Fox News Digital, “Orville Atoria is an illegal foreigner of Jamaica, an convicted killer … After sixteen years, the killer is on our streets and out of our country. President Trump and Secretary NoM and Secretary NoM are using every tool available to get criminal illegal aliens out of American communities and out of our country.”
Atoria remains in Africa along with four other people.
