Mr. Moulere will step down on Friday and the department said that the process of filling the post of chair is being started as a priority.
In a statement, the interim Chief Executive Officer of the Belfast Trust, Mainin Edwards, said that she would “want to thank me honestly for her unwavering support, contribution and commitment during her time as a Trust Chairman”.

“I would like to assure our employees and the public that we will continue to make embodiment in the organization to benefit employees, patients and service users.”
Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) health spokesperson Dane Dods stated that Mr. Mougre’s departure is “one will for the sheer scale of crisis within the Belfast Trust”.
“There have been a series of scams in recent months and shows that. However, it should be remembered that many of these issues predicted from the current chair term,” Dods said.
He said: “There is a comprehensive systemic problem within the Belfast Trust that will not be solved only by removing one person.
“However, we have to hear this decision in more detail at this time.”

Belfast Trust has been in the news for years – the delay in building, overshad, and recently on cultural issues in the cardiac surgery unit of Royal Victoria Hospital – additional oversite measures were taken as a result of which issues were taken.
And when many of the appointment of these pre-testers Mr. Mougre, as the chairman of the Belfast Trust in April 2023, Thursday’s announcement shows that the Health Minister did not believe in the collapse of what is happening there.
Now people can ask why Siyaran Muglere?
Well, the chairs of each of the health trusts are ministerial appointments, whereas, for example, are not the Chief Executive Officers.
Therefore, the situation of Mr. Mulgrev was one in which the Health Minister had control.
Does it often happen?
No, it is extremely rare.
In the past, only another trust chair has been removed from his post in northern Ireland and was in the Northern Trust in 2012.
Therefore, this dismissal of the chair of the Belfast Trust probably answers some questions, which the Health Minister has taken into account the Belfast Trust.
Now, while the department said that the process of filling the post of the chair is a priority, so it is also the appointment of a permanent chief executive to create some stability at its leadership level.
