A professor from California has been arrested last week for throwing a tear gas canister on immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) agents during a mass raid on Canbis Farm, where agitators also blew up rocks on law enforcement vehicles. More than 350 illegal aliens were arrested from the raid and the farm is suspected of using 14 children in potential forced labor, exploitation and trafficking violations.
Federal agents, a mathematics professor at the California State University Channel Islands, was arrested by federal agents on Thursday by federal agents raiding Glass House Farms in Ventura County, California, the American Attorney Bill Asseli for the central district of California was confirmed through X.

“Professor Jonathan Carboo was not ‘abducted’ by federal agents,” Eeseli wrote. “He was arrested for throwing a tear gas canister in law enforcement.”
Eselie wrote that Caraboo was accused of violation of 18 USC 111, assaulting, protesting or interrupted with a federal officer.
Carboo appeared in court on Monday and was released on a bond of $ 15,000 as per the report.

According to a federal affidavit cited by Ojai Valley News, Carboo was seen trying to kick a canister on bodycam footage, then picked up and thrown back into agents.
The affidavit stated that Karvello refused to comply with the command, kicking his legs and trying to grab the leg of a border patrol agent during Tekdown, opposing the arrest. He has also accused of using a megaphone with siren sounds to disrupt the authorities.
Carvello left the scene after the canister incident and returned two hours later to different clothes, where he was identified and arrested as an alleged canister throw.

California State University Channel Islands issued a statement in support of Caraboo.
“At this time, this is our understanding that Professor Carboo was participating in a protest in peace – an act protected under the first amendment and a correct guarantee for all Americans,” the university wrote. “If confirmed, we stand with elected officials and community leaders.”
As the raids were being conducted, there were violent clashes between snow agents and about 500 protesters, some of which waved Mexican flags. During the operation, federal law enforcement agents were attacked and an agitating agents appeared to fire a handgun as the crowd was spread with tear gas.

The raid is believed to be the second largest single-state ice function operation in history, which is the first behind the raid of the 2019 Mississippi Chicken Plant of Trump Administration, with about 700 illegal foreign arrests.
A person detained has a history of violent crime, including attempts to exploit the child.
Fox News has learned that the children rescued in the field are from Mexico and Honduras, and that the immigration officers are analyzing the criminal history of all 319 of illegal aliens taken into custody.
