The convicted killer Brian Kohberger was seen in a new released video of a traffic stop in August 2022 when the police saw him fast with the Pulman-Moscow highway months before the Idaho student murders.
The records issued by the office of Latah County Prosecutor, pull Kohberger to intensify Kohberger and not wear their seat belt on August 21, 2022 at 11:40 am.
