A body was found in search of a missing soldier who disappeared from an army base.
A British Army Sergeant, 30, Alex, a British Down, was last seen leaving the camp at Tidworth, Wiltshire at around 12:00 BST on Sunday.
An immediate discovery was going on to find him, but the Wiltshire police confirmed that a body was discovered near Warren Hill on 18:00 BST on Tuesday.
While the formal identity is not yet, it is believed that it is Alex and the next family has been informed, the police said.
Any suspicious circumstances are not thought of and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
Police officers, British Army associates and Wiltshire’s discovery and rescue were included in extensive discovery.
