Mangaluru/Bangalore: A BJP delegation visited Dharmasthala temple in Darshina Kannada district of Karnataka on Sunday and expressed solidarity with temple officials, stating that it is said as a “smear campaign”, which was after claims after claims of an anonymous person. BJP’s R Ashok alleged that Siddaramaiah was inciting unrest against Dharmasthala and claimed that “urban Naxal” and “Hindu Tipu Gang” were behind the conspiracy.The delegation led by Vijayendra, led by the head of the BJP State Unit, met Dharmadhikari D Virendra Hegde and slammed the Congress government to fail to reduce the smear campaign in Kali.
