First on Fox: Former White House is receiving Executive Privilege for a prominent member of former President Joe Inner Circle, Fox News Digital has learned.
Former White House doctor Kevin O’Coner was determined to testify this week in an investigation by James Comer, Chairman of the House Overcite Committee that senior Biden’s senior colleagues covered his mental and physical decline as President.
“In the light of the unique and extraordinary nature of cases under the investigation, President Trump has determined that a claim of executive privileges is not in the national interest, and therefore it is not appropriate in relation to special subjects within the purview of the House Oversite Committee,” A letter to the O’Coner sent by the White House, a letter received by the Fox News Digital, a familiar acquaintance.
“These subjects include the evaluation of the fitness of former President Biden for the President’s office and your financial relations with the Biden family.”
Fox News reached O’Coner’s lawyers for digital comment.

O’Coner saved O’Coner last week after the doctor refuses to appear voluntarily for an infection interview with the house investigators.
O’Coner lawyers filed a petition for delay in the weekend, however, called the scope of investigation “unprecedented”.
The legal team of O’Coner wrote, “We are unaware of any pre -opportunity, on which a Congress committee has sub -gratitude to a doctor to testify about the treatment of a personal patient.” “And the notion that a Congress committee will do this in any way without any relationship, which is worrying for the secrecy of a doctor.”
A spokesperson of the House Oversite Committee called his letter “a delay strategy to stonewell the investigation of the oversite committee”.
The Tuesday’s letter from the office of the White House lawyer said, “In this case, extraordinary events have formed extraordinary circumstances to warn a housing for the Congress. There is evidence that former President Biden’s colleagues have hidden information about their fitness to exercise the powers of the President – and those powers can be used to help them – both Congress and Vidhanakal.”
“After balanced the interests of the legislative and executive branch, as it is necessary under the housing process, it is the President’s view that it presents and the extraordinary status that requires Congress information, advances the interest of the Executive Branch in maintaining privacy, especially looking at its interest in determining the validity of former executive functions.”
