The Met Police said that the officials were called to report a person with a person’s wound on the property on Monson Road, New Cross at around 19:30 BST on Saturday.
Emergency services including air ambulances participated, however, the person named by the force nominated Ayowale Aladzana of South Norwood, Croidon, died on the spot. His family is being supported by the authorities.
Two people, a 23 -year -old man and a 23 -year -old woman were arrested on suspicion of murder and remained in custody.

A forensic tent is installed on the pavement, and flowers are left outside the terraced house.
DET F Inspection Lucy Card, who led the investigation, said: “Our views are with the family and friends of the victim in this difficult time.
“I think it will be related to the event and we are doing a fast-paced and intensive investigation to establish the circumstances. I will encourage anyone who has not talked to us yet.”
