An American appeal court imposed a law in New Jersey, which stopped the federal government from contracting with private firms to operate immigration prevention centers across the state.
The 2–1 court verdict marked a win for President Donald Trump and his administration during the illegal immigration cracks across the country.
One of the efforts of the Trump administration is to expand a network of detention centers in preparation for the exile of dangerous illegal aliens.
The court’s verdict also means that a private jail firm, Chorcevic Corp, Elizabeth Contract Detection can continue to operate the facility, which is one of the centers in exile.

In the judgment, the US Circuit Judge Stephenos Bibas, who was appointed by Trump, wrote, “The way the state federal government cannot regulate, they cannot regulate private parties in such a way that a federal task was severely reduced.”
Bibas said that the law “interferes with the main power of the federal government to implement immigration laws.”
