Award winning climate journalist Alek Luhan, who went missing on Thursday during a single growth on a Norwegian glacier, has been found safe.
Luhan’s wife, Veronica Silchenko, told CBS News that she had suffered a leg injury, but is in good condition.
“I think this is a miracle. I am very grateful to all those who were in defense,” Silchenko said. “This is the best day in my life.”
Journalists left for a hike in South -West Norway in ODDA on 31 July, and shared their place. When he did not see his flight back to the UK on Monday night, his family called the police.

Luhan’s wife said that she is waiting to talk with a doctor to learn more about her condition and foot injury. She said that she is grateful to the rescue team in Norway to find her husband.
More information on rescue was not released immediately.
