A person accused of killing his wife in California and escapes to Peru with three of his young children is in custody.
The National Police of Peru said on Wednesday that Josimar Cabrera Cornezo surrendered at Lima headquarters in Interpol. He was the subject of an active interpol “red notice”, according to Peru officials, which alerts law enforcement worldwide to detect a suspected pending extradition.
