An aircraft has crashed at the London Southend Airport, confirming the police.
Essex police said that it was set on a 12-meter aircraft on the site in Southend-On-C shortly before 16:00 BST on Sunday.
Emergency services are on the spot and authorities have vacated the Rochford Hundred Golf Club and West Cliff Rugby Club due to the incident near the incident.
Labor MP for Southend West and Leh, David Burton-Sampson said X: “My thoughts are all involved.”
A spokesman for the Essex Police said: “We are now working with all emergency services at the scene and this work will continue for several hours.
“We will please ask the public to escape from the region where possible while this work continues.”
