Officials said that after shooting and killing four people, a gunman was frightened and there was a terrible fear and another injured in a Midtown Manhattan office tower on Monday evening, the officials took their lives.

New York Commissioner Jessica Tish said that the surveillance video showed the suspect that left a double-posed black BMW alone and entered the building on the park avenue with an M4 rifle in his right hand. He immediately set fire to NYPD officer Didarul Islam, killing him.
The gunman then shot a woman, who took refuge behind a column, then went through the lobby, shot him with bullets, the officials said. He then shot a security guard, who covered behind a security desk. Another person who was injured, told the police at the New York-PressBiterian Hospital that he was shot in the lobby, Tish said.
The police commissioner said that at one point the gunman was waiting for a lift to arrive and when it happened, a woman came out but she allowed her to walk unwanted. The gunman took the lift to the 33rd floor offices of Rudin management and “started walking on the floor, while traveling round,” Tish said, Tish said, a person died before walking under the hallway and shot himself in the chest.

The building stars NFL and Blackstone headquarters, one of the world’s largest investment firms, and has many other famous tenants.
A circumference was blocked around the building for blocks in every direction. NYPD officials and caution tapes warned the passers -by. Helicopters passed the overhead for hours.
Many tourists kept asking what happened because they used to walk and dart with concern when they came to know that there was a shooting.
Two Blackstone employees stood in a corner in a white-collar shirt and dress pants and were relieved when they were asked not to come to work on Tuesday.
A young man going to New York came to check the scene only two weeks ago to work for the Bank of America.
In a nearby building, people were ordering late food and lobby to gather. He told about the colleagues who stepped to get food, as it was happening, did not realize what was happening under the block.
A few hours after the shooting, a young woman looked uncertain if it was safe to leave.

Late in the night, the circumference of the roads was lined with light lights from police and FDNY vehicles on the roads.
According to Associated Press, local TV footage showed lines of people who evacuated the office building, where the firing was with their hands with their hands in hours.
Nekisha was having dinner with friends at the Plaza nearby when she listened to the bullets. “It seemed that it was a quick two shot and then it was a rapid fire,” he told AP. The windows shattered and a man ran away from the building saying, “Help, help. I have been shot.” Lewis said.
38-year-old Kyle Marshall was working at the nearby Morgan Stanley office, when his mother recited him about an active-shooter incident, asking if he was right, the Reuters report. “Then he knew me, and I, like, ‘Oh my God. It’s next to my building,” he said.
Marshal lives in San Francisco region but New York comes monthly for work. “It doesn’t make me feel less safe to be in Manhattan,” he said. “The police quickly responded.”
A person who only gave his first name to CBS News works near Kendal, nearby. “After pacifying things,” he said, “You just start looking, just worry. It went away from the heroic, ‘Are you safe?’ … and then it went directly to worry.
