A person has been accused of dangerous driving and cheating, when the police stated that its brakes had failed on M62 after the police rubbed an electric car to stop it.
Nathan Owen of North Wales was also brought to a stop on the afternoon of 6 March 2024 to a stop.
The Mercesis police said the car was taken to the car east of the motorway and brought to a stop between 11 and 12 to the junction for Burchwood.
Grove’s Mr. Owen in Prestatin, is due to making the first attendance in the court on Wednesday 13 August.
