California’s American Civil Liberty Union (ACLU) has filed a class-action case against the Homeland Security Department (DHS), describing as an illegal immigration raid in the Los Angeles area, which targets migrants with “brown skin”.
Non-profit immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) accuse them of carrying out unconstitutional impressions and then keeping migrants in inhuman conditions without beds and depriving them with food and legal lawyers. Homeland Security has denied all the claims of the trial, stating that any allegations of racial profiling are “disgusting and clearly false.”
The ICE has conducted sweeping raids since June 6, with about 1,500 immigrants arrested, which includes Latin Day laborers, car washing workers, farmwork and vendors – all in all the dialects to complete some arrest quota, included in the states paying the prisoners.

“Raids in this district follow a common, systematic pattern. Individuals with brown skin are approached by unknown federal agents or pulled to one side, suddenly and with a show of force to answer more questions to answer more questions, who they are and where they are,” reads.
“If they hesitate, try to leave, or do not answer questions for the satisfaction of agents, they are detained, sometimes dealt with, handcuffs are applied, and/or takes into custody. In these interactions, agents usually have no prior knowledge about the person and do not have any kind of warrant.”
The lawsuit accuses the federal government of placing prisoners in a crowded holding facility, referred to as “B -18,”, inside the window -free rooms that are extremely tight.
“In facilities like these dungeons, conditions are disappointing and unconstitutional,” reads the case.

La Mayer Bass claims
Along with demanding blocking the raids, the suit demands that the ice refrains from using the B -18 center, as it is considered a short -term ICE processing site, and that the federal government is legally accountable for systemic racial profiles and fixed process violations.
The defendants include Homeland Security Secretary Christie Nom, Acting Ice Director Todd Leone, Attorney General Palm Bandy and FBI officials working in Multiple Regional Ice, CBP and Los Angeles.
The lawsuit was filed by an alliance of individual immigrants and immigrant advocacy organizations, headed by ACLU and non-profit public lawyers as well as other legal partners.

McLaglin said, “There is any claim that the subprime situation in the ice detention center is false.” “In fact, Ice have more standard of detention standard than most American prisons that catch real American citizens.
