It is better to cook when consumed in raw iron.
Just ask “Cowboy” Kent Rolins, New Mexico Chakwagan Cook replaced YouTube star and Cookbook Author, who have become the patron of the old-school skills of the US modern-school.
Rollins recently revealed her priority for cooking with raw iron in an interview with Fox News Digital ahead of her upcoming new TV series, “Cast Iron Cowboy”. (Watch the video on top of this article.)

Material
1 cup all-pest flour
1 cup yellow cornmyl
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 big egg

1 cup milk
â…“ cup white sugar
â…“ Cup unsalted butter melted
Ripe 6 slices of ripe bacon, reserve grease
2 tablespoons cann rolls roasted hatch green chillies or 4-ingented dide green chillies

1. Inside the house: Preheat the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a mixing bowl, add flour, cornmil, sugar, salt and baking powder. mix well.

3. Make a well at the bottom of the cornbred mixture and crack the egg. Whisk until smooth. Add milk and stir, then add melted butter and mix well.
4. Add dry green chili and bacon. Add half of the reserved bacon grease and mix well.

5. In a Dutch oven, stretch the remaining bacon greece to smooth the surface of the cast-cine.
