A video of Sikkim Mahananda Express- where unreserved passengers have allegedly gone viral by climbing an AC coach at Kathahar station, and it is anarchy on the wheels.The viral video has expressed the latest concern about the ability of Indian Railways to manage congestion control and passenger safety.The clip, originally posted by the X handle ‘Illovicilliguri’, read in the caption, “Despite being an AC coach, a pack turned into a normal compartment, increased serious concerns about railway management.”Watch the video here:As the video picked up Steam online, the Indian Railways ‘Railway Service’ issued the standard regret note and sought details through DM. The Railway Army said in a post on X, “We regret the experience you have.However, this video did not go well with users because some of them commented: “So we are actually paying the reservation fee?”One of the users also said, “No matter how empty a train is, once it passes through Bihar, there is no space left to keep your feet. Seriously, the kind of chaos that Biharis makes on trains is unbearable – they ring in every coach, whether it is AC or sleeper. It is completely disturbed.”Another said, “At some point the railway has such trains that do not stop in Bihar … they have all the general class trains … even better … all stand.”
