A teenager has been arrested on suspicion of attempt to murder after stabbing a 17 -year -old man in West Sussex.
Emergency services were called for a property at the martyr Avenue in Langley Green near Croly at around 21:50 BST on Thursday.
Sussex police said the victim was rushed to the hospital, where he lives in a serious but stable position.
The arrested teenager, at the age of 17, is detained with a 37 -year -old local woman, who has been arrested on suspicion of assistance of a criminal.
Supta Imran Asghar said: “We fully understand the effect of this incident on the incident and our officials are tirelessly trying to understand what has really happened and blamed them.”
He said that police patrolling in the area had increased after the incident and requested any witness or anyone to come in contact.
