The Pro-Pu-Clain legal advocate is calling from the Non-Group of United States First Legal (AFL) Federal Election Assistance Commission (EAC), so that all federal voter registrations can start requireing evidence of citizenship for the applicants, as the President’s effort to do so was blocked by the courts.
The step follows the one-March Executive Order issued by President Donald Trump, titled “to preserve and protect the integrity of US elections”, which demanded the EAC to force the need for the need for the need for the need for citizenship on the National Voter Registration Form, including other provisions and other provisions and other provisions related to the prohibition of polling.
An American judge partially prevented Trump from implementing the Election Integrity Order. Is that legal?

Trump’s move has been slammed by critics who have argued that voting in federal elections for non-American nationals is already illegal. However, an optimistic voter does not need to provide any evidence of citizenship and it can just make suicide.
Part of Trump’s March Executive Order is calling the EAC to amend the National Voter Registration Form and all states need to comply and use, eventually it was blocked by several federal judges following the cases challenging Trump’s rights.
Second federal judge side against Trump’s election executive order
In the AFL petition for the EAC, the group argues that even though the legal challenges from the federal judges and the resulting temporary prohibitory orders are still being postponed, prohibitory orders “completely based on the separation of the principles of the powers,” which leaves the EAC with the room “to take the Election Measures on its own form.”

US Vice President Daniel Epstein clarified the Fox News Digital, “The executive order spent the EAC to ensure that the state election officials were implementing the law with the need for evidence of citizenship.” “What we are doing is forcing the EAC distributed forms and we have the ability to apply in court.”
Fox News reached EAC for digital comment, but received no response.
