A seven -year -old girl died when a falling branch played her in a park, a court heard.
Liona Ruka from Dagenham in East London suffered a deadly head injury with the family on June 28 on a day-long visit to Southnd-On-C, Essex.
Four other children, including Liona’s six -year -old cousin, were injured, who are seriously ill in the hospital.
Opening an inquiry about Leona’s death, senior coroner Lincoln Brooks stated that “it can only be described as a tragic event”.
“My deep condolences go to Leona’s family and loved ones,” he said.

Liona was playing at the chockewell park when she was killed by the “falling portion of a tree”, told to the court.
He was rushed to Southend Hospital, where his death was confirmed on 16:06 BST, causing a serious head injury.
