The old saying is: Where there is smoke, there is fire. And the metaphor smoke was built during the first day of SEC media days around the college football legend Nick Saban.
Rumors about Saban returning to the game were abandoned more than a year ago.

Former Alabama Crimson Tide Quarterback Greg McClayroy brought some rumors in the atmosphere during an interview “Mac and Cube” Radio shows in Birmingham.
McClayroy said, “A very much in-knowing person is that I have a lot of respect and spent a lot of time and in fact, in fact, really praised, he feels that Nick Saban has not been coaching,” McClayroy said. “He is very firm that he feels that Nick Saban will do coaching again.”
McClayroy said that he believed, personally, was finished during an appearance on Saban ESPN.
“I will be surprised (if he came back). … There are people associated with the world of sports who think it has not been done. Now, explain that although you will do. Some people who will know about something like this, yes, yes,” he said.

Ole Miss Ribels head coach Len Kiffin said that he believes that Saban would return – whether it is in college football or professionals.
“He doesn’t need to hire me,” Kiphin said, through Clarian laser“I don’t think he has done. I think he will come back. Whether it is college or NFL I think he will come back.”
The head coach of LSU Tigers, Bina Kelly, looked like to return to Saban’s game.
“It would be better for college football if Nick Saban is coaching,” he said, through On3 games“Period. There is no better to develop players and to create championship programs.”
Saban left Alabama after several national championships. He suggested that the arrival of name, image and equality and the unrighteous due to the transfer portal were the reasons that he stepped away from the game.
