After the police chased, two people have been accused of robbery and kidnapping after crashed at a care house in Sunderland.
Police said two high -high care home residents killed, a woman in the 80s and another in her 90s who died a day after the accident, is still being investigated. Eight other residents were rushed to the hospital.
