A southern California bishop on Tuesday released a rare decree to Churchgorers by participating in the month of Sunday, amidst the fear of immigration and detention across the country.
The distribution made by the Suba of San Bernardino, California is in response to the large -scale exile operation of the Trump administration.
On Tuesday, San Bernardino Bishop Alberto Rosas announced his decree.
