Captain Lia Williamson described England errors in France’s defeat as “some cheap type of emotional rescue”.
Kirby said that she likes Williamson’s honesty and does not expect the review “fierce – but it should be productive”.
“They came out after the quotation game. It was emotional to lose the first game of the tournament and the players are closing and they are emotional. I love honesty,” Kirby said.
“This is something that has not been in women’s game for a long time, so I have no objection.”
In the 87th minute, Keira Walsh’s consolation target was the first shot on the target in England in a match which was comfortable for lace blues until the closing stages.
“There will be honest conversation in the meeting [on Sunday] To ensure that it does not happen in the next game, “Kirby said.
“This is to apply for everyone. Everyone could do better. Everyone would have to reflect their performance as a collective as everyone must improve.”
