Michael Bush scored three domestic runs, Pete Crow-Armestrong joined twice and Chicago’s cubs on Friday made a franchise-richer to St. Louis Cardinals 11-3 to their fourth direct victory on Friday.
Busch ended 4 for 4 with five RBI. Crow-Armestrong also increased to 4 for 4, and Dansbi Swansan launched a two-run homer during a cub power barrage, with a crowd of 40,038 in the Wrigley Field Roaring.
Seya Suzuki and Carson Kelly added solo shots as NL Central Leaders hit six homes in the first three innings from Miles Micols (4-6), a record for the house runs with a cardinal pitcher in a record one game. Eight longballs allowed by St. Louis also broke a club mark.
Brendon Donovan led fourth with a domestic run against Colin Ri, ending a 31-inning scorer streak for cardinals. St. Louis, which dropped its fourth directly, was closed to its last three losses.
This was allowed in the only hit Ri (6-3) 6 2/3 innings, corresponding to its longest outing in this season.
Mikolas (4-6) was tagged for eight runs and 10 hits in six innings to lose the fourth consecutive consecutive consecutive runs.
Suzuki drilled his team-Agni 24th Homer and Crow-Armestrong with the first game of the first game. Bush and Kelly consecutively driving in the second, gave Chicago nine sets of back-to-back homes this season and a 4–0 lead.
Crow-Armystrong launched its 23rd homer from Wrigley Field’s Right-Morning Video Board in the third. After Swansan’s singing, Bush hit the board with a two-run shot, which made it 7–0.
