Officials said on Thursday that a drive-by-shooting in Chicago killed at least four people and admitted 14 others to the hospital.
Police said the incident came to light in the northern neighbor of the river at 11 pm on Wednesday, when at least one person opened fire in the crowds parked outside the Artis Restaurant and Lounge in a dark vehicle, police said.
