A Tenasi Man Forgiveness by President Trump For his role in January 6, 2021 in January, the attack on American Capital will still be sentenced to life imprisonment for attacking the FBI agents and prosecution, according to the prosecution.
Edward Kelly, who was the fourth US Capital Danger, who entered the building on 6 January, 2021, faced a separate prosecution to target federal agents, while investigating his role in the capital attack.
The Department of Justice argued that Kelly created a “Kill List” of FBI agents and others, who investigated their role in the siege of January 6. The prosecutors said that Kelly “distributed the list and at the same time to a co-pride as part of his ‘mission’ with images of some FBI employees identified in the list.”
A jury convicted Kelly in November for allegations of conspiracy, and a federal judge in Tennessi’s eastern district on Tuesday sentenced Kelly to jail.
Although Kelly was one of the defenders of more than 1,500 capital riot riots on January 20, 2025, Kelly’s conspiracy in forgiveness Tenesi did not expand. Last month, the prosecutors argued, “Edward Kelly is repentant nor a capacity has been shown nor a desire for rehabilitation. On the contrary, Kelly not only considers the tasks for which he was convicted, but that his duty as a self -proclaimed ‘Patriot’ forced him to target East Tennessi law.”
The prosecutors also said, “The trial proof established that Kelly targeted the law enforcement due to his anticipated role in the Civil War, which Kelly expected to start and due to his enmity towards those who participated in the arrest of May 2022 and his home.”
He argued that Kelly “saw the FBI as an enemy and, eg, had legitimate goals in the civil war as he served as the government’s ‘eyes and ears’.”
The Department of Justice also said, “The defendant identified 36 individual federal, state and local law enforcement personnel to target for murder. They made a list of their goals, including names, titles and cell phone numbers.”
Kelly is one of the several January 6 defendants, who faces prison time in separate criminal cases, some of which have been arrested again, who have been arrested again after their forgiveness.
