Indian electronics manufacturer Mivi has introduced AI Bads, a pair of wireless earphones that include an inherent voice assistant designed for multi-language interaction. The product will be available from July 4 on the official website of Flipkart and MIVI, which is priced 6,999.
AI Buds has a proprietary voice helper called Mivi AI. The supporting Wake phrase responds to “Hi Mivi” and supports eight Indian languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam and Gujarati. Users may ask questions or requests help without switching between language settings.
Supports various tasks through auxiliary avatar, which are pre-defined modules:
-Guru avatar answers general knowledge questions.
-InterViewer avatar provides fake interviews and response.
-Chef avatar guides users through cooking stages.
-Belness coach avatar reacts to the user input during the conversation.

Specifications and features
AI Buds Hi-RS supports audio, LDAC, 3D soundstage, spatial audio, and quad microphones to cancel the active noise. The company states that the device provides a 40 -hour battery life. The buds are powered by a custom firmware developed by MIVI to adapt voice assistant performance and battery efficiency.
The company reports that it has trained the AI ​​system on a wide range of Indian voice samples and accents.
Manufacturing and availability
The product is designed and manufactured in India. According to MIVI co-founder Midhula Devbhukuni, the launch has been aligned with National AI development programs. The company aims to offer voice-first interface for cases of general use without screen interface.
The iOS apps do not support functionality in AI Buds launch and will be limited to Android devices through the Mivi AI app.
