North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has a route to China on one of his heavy-armored, fort-style trains, the state media said on Monday.
The 41 -year -old dictator is expected to attend a military parade with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Beijing on Tuesday.
Kim’s visit marks her first visit to Beijing from 2019 and comes as Pyongyang, which wants to increase relations with both China and Russia.
The event is reminiscent of the 80th anniversary of Japan’s surrender in World War II, exposing Beijing’s efforts to demonstrate military power and deepened the alliance at the time of global stress.
