A car accident that severely injured Rudy Giuliani, former Mayor of New York City at New Hampshire on Saturday night, was not a target attack, a spokesman of the 81 -year -old.
Michael Ragusa, spokesperson and head of security for Giuliani, said the former mayor was flagged by a woman, who was a victim of domestic violence when he stopped to help and called 911. After the officials arrived, Giuliani departed in its rented vehicle, which was then hit from behind at a high speed on the highway.
“It was not a target attack,” Ragusa said in response to an initial statement on X. “We ask all to respect Giuliani’s confidentiality and recovery, and avoid spreading the principles of baseless conspiracy.”
Ragusa said in an initial statement on Sunday, “The former mayor was hospitalized with several injuries, which included” a fragmented thoracic vertebra, “several million and lower hand and lower leg injuries.
