A 13 -year -old boy has been arrested after arresting a 12 -year -old boy with a goal in the playground.
The Cheshire police believe that Logan Carter was killed after the wheels of e-bikes, which was used on Friday to pursue a roundabout at the park in Winsford.
The boy was arrested on suspicion due to death due to dangerous driving and released under investigation.
The roundabout is covered with red and white tape while flowers and other tributes are left nearby.
Logan died at the Wharton Recreation Ground, at around 18:00 BST from Ladword Street.
Police said the teenager suspect was arrested later that evening.
The Cheshire police said that whatever had happened, it was searching for the “number of investigation”.
A force spokesperson said: “As part of it, authorities are searching for reports that an e-back was used to pursue the round-round round of children in the park at the time of the incident.”
The people of the city told the BBC that the community was “shock”.
The people who mourned the day -to -day, including the employees of Logan School, visited the playground to lay flowers and cards.
Trevor Bell, 64, said that Logan often gave a stroke to his dog while he was walking in the park, saying that he looked a “real cute child”.
Mr. Bell said: “He is just a happy-lucky little child and it is a tragedy, it is really.
“It shook everyone here.
“Called everywhere. You know, I think we are still in a shock, really.”
In a statement issued through the Cheshire police on Sunday, Logan’s family said that he made “worth living every day”.
He said: “He had an infectious personality and a beautiful smile.
“Everyone wanted Logan to place where he was a little boy who was full of life and wanted to make everyone laugh.”
His family described him as “everyone’s medical person”, which would be more remembered than “we can put in words”.
He said, “We are taking rest from the words of the support received by us, while we take time to come with the untimely loss of our blue-eye boy.”
