A federal appeal court has ruled that most of the tariffs of President Donald Trump are illegal.

“It will make us financially weak, and we have to be strong. USA will no longer tolerate heavy trade deficit and inappropriate tariffs and non -tariff business obstacles imposed by other countries, friends or enemy, weakening our manufacturers, farmers and all the other.”
Trump has made Tariff a column of its second term, which is as a way to re -organize trade deals with the United States and force American economic concessions.
