A 17 -year -old Louisiana girl who was shot in the head during a road rage incident has died, the authorities confirmed, but the gift of life came with her death.
Kelin Strait of Ponchatola was 28 weeks pregnant when 54 -year -old Barry West allegedly seriously injured the teenager who was 7 months pregnant.
