The new drone video suggests that pilot Mark Pheenkelstein was rescued after an emergency water landing from the coast of Oak Island Ghat in Northern Carolina. According to Pheclestein, the individual aircraft experienced the engine failure.
The rescue teams, which were already in the area that responded to nearby calls, are seen running into a small aircraft and pheankelstein in less than 30 seconds.
The rescue footage was released on August 27 after the Federal Aviation Administration officials ended his investigation.
