A spokesperson from the University of Vyoming told Fox News Digital that “it has no role in determining sorritity membership” and was not involved with the case.

Johnson earlier dismissed the case in 2023 without any prejudice that it was ruled that the Vyoming Chapter University had not violated its bye -laws because he did not clearly define the word “woman”.
