President Donald Trump exploded the Senate’s “Blue Slip” tradition on Sunday, called it an unconstitutionally for his appointment power and alleged that his rights have been “completely distracted in states that have only one Democrat United States Senator.”
The Presidents are referring to their ability to nominate judges and American lawyers, who essentially accuse Democrats of the rituals of giving power to their nominated people.
The US Sen Chak Grassley is defending the old process, saying that he sees it as a criterion for balance and protection for state input.

Blue Slips are a long -standing tradition, but not a codified law, and constitutionally allowing them to be nominated only, while the Senate eventually approves or rejects that enrollment.
Trump’s frustration with Senate’s blue slip practice is not new. In July, Trump asked the tradition to block a “deception” and the “scam” used by the Democrats to block his nominated people and demanded that Grassley stopped supporting them.
“Simply put, the President of the United States will never be allowed to appoint a person of his choice because of an ancient, and perhaps unconstitutional,” Custom, “his position said.

In his first term, Trump was able to appoint 234 federal judges, including three Supreme Court Justices and 54 Appellate Court judges. However, he has confirmed only five in the first seven months.
Trump in his post suggested that he was ready to apply pressure and should not get Grassley.
“The only candidate who can confirm these most important positions, whether it is belief or not, Democrat! Chak Grassley should allow strong Republican candidates to climb these very important and powerful roles, and tell the Democrats, as they often tell us, to go to hell!” He has written.

US District Judge Matthew Bran recently ruled that Alina Habba was serving as an American advocate for New Jersey beyond the 120-day border allowed for temporary prosecutors and that the administration used an unusual maneuver to keep her in the role.
