Valentin said, “Once you believe in the death you have, it is the job of a serial killer, your search efforts stop,” Valentin said. “So if you incorrectly give that death to the serial killer and it is not at all, then there is a killer who is unpublished, uncontrolled because you are not doing any other work, because you feel that his killer has been brought to justice.”
Over the years, the discovery of victims in addition to craft continues.

Police said forensic was able to develop a genetic profile from blood samples taken from residues, using the forensic investigative genetic lineage. Family members confirmed the identity of the parks after providing DNA profiles compared to DNA profiles-which was to solve a decades long mystery for parks.
Valentin told Fox News Digital, “Forensic genetic lineage has been a boon for law enforcement and such help as it allows us to identify in already unknown human residue matters.” “Therefore, what it is doing, identifying the members of the potential family in the country. Till then those potential family members are going and getting a full atomic DNA profile, then you can compare between your unknown remains and potential family members, and may decide whether the person is their family members.”

Valentin said, “In other types of cold cases, what you are doing is relying on the memories of those you had previously interviewed.” “Now, if you’ve been talking about a case since the early 1970s, it is not simply viable – your witnesses are not alive even in many situations and so you are just stuck with the investigative record that you already have, and so the ability to get something new from it is very limited.”
“So it is a new path to really get information that does not trust the people associated with the original investigation, whether they are investigators or witnesses.”

During the years, the unidentified person’s death and similarities between other victims of the craft motivate the authorities to assume that the craft may include.
Valentin pointed to the need to use forensic techniques to tie several victims to the same criminal during the search process.
“When you think the cases are connected together, what you can do, essentially draw evidence,” Valentin said. “This gives you a greater possibility of finding something relevant relevant – when you can now pull from five or six different cases, as you have contrary to a case that belongs to this one criminal.”

Valentin said, “It is amazing that we are looking at the cases that in the past, we must have said that the matter was unresolved and will never be resolved, because the killer here is now 80 years old and in many situations the killer must have already died,” Valentin said.
“So when your killer is dead and your victim is not clearly living, and there is no one to prosecute and then there is nothing to investigate. The idea that the matter was really reinforced because someone had offered to do genetic lineage and saw what they could identify who could be the victim, and that is why the new life came in this investigation.”
