Montgomery Street Courthouse has been a site of several violent clashes between protesters and ICE agents. Last month, a similar scuffle came out outside the video court.
The protesters have long opposed the practice of detaining individuals in ICE premises, criticizing the use of Sadekloths authorities and unwanted vehicles as a strategy as they claim that they spread fear and reduce accountability.
The attack occurred after violent riots at Los Angeles, where snow agents were attacked during the courtyard protest – DHS is a sharp nationwide growth in attacks on its authorities.
