On Thursday, Minnesota DFL abandoned Fateh’s support, citing “adequate failures in the voting process of the Miniapolis Convention”.
DFL party president Richard Carlbom said in an official statement on Thursday that “After a thoughtful and transparent review of challenges, the Constitution, Bayalavs and Rules Committee found sufficient failures in the voting process of Miniapolis Convention on 19 July, including an acceptance that a mayor candidate was removed from the campaign.”
