A 17 year old Police said the boy has been arrested on suspicion of neglect of the child after a child was found injured in water in Lincoln Park.
The Lincolnshire police were called to Boltam Park on around 21:20 BST on Thursday when he discovered a 15 -month -old boy.
The child suffered minor injuries, Bal said, and was taken to the hospital for further investigation. Officers live in the park, with investigation to determine how the child ended in the water.
The police asked those who were in the area at that time who saw or heard anything suspects to come in contact.
A force spokesperson said, “Any detail, no matter how small, can prove to be important.”
