President Donald Trump is approved by Texas MPs for a comprehensive redistribution scheme, which is to add five new GOP-furious Congress seats to the Republican to “win a big win”.
Trump fired a verse through the truth, which is “never giving us,” to the state, saying that a state was more than victory, but a national twist. He urged other Republican -led states to follow the leadership of Lone Star State.

Texas Republican on Wednesday pushed the new Congress map through the state house in 88-52 party-line votes, separating the Democratic objections in a dialect to strengthen the GOP grip on the Congress lead in 2026.

While Trump celebrated redistribution as a major Republican win, Democrats implicated it as the beginning of only a major legal battle.
Houston’s rape Jean Wu said, “This part of the fight is over, but this is only the first chapter … Our best shot is in the courts. It is not over. We will continue to fight.”
Texas House Democrats also accused the GOP of trying to dilute minority voting power, saying that the map was illegal and racially discriminatory.
