The federal prosecution at Washington, DC will no longer slap people with allegations of hooliganism for the rifle or gun -occupied occupation, according to the American Attorney for the district of Columbia Genin Piro.
Change means that the federal prosecutors would not seek allegations under the DC law, which made the permit holders illegal to carry a rifle or gun in the district, except limited cases.
Under the new policy, the office of the US Attorney will continue to accuse when a person is accused of using a gun or rifle in a violent offense or a criminal record that prevents them from having firearms. The new policy also includes magazines with large capacity, but it does not include handgun.

Piro, a former host of Fox News, said in a statement that the new policy is based on the guidance of the Department of Justice and Solicitor General.
He also said that this change complies with two decisions of the Supreme Court which protect gun rights.
Piro said that a blanket ban on having a shotgun and rifle violates the court’s 2022 verdict that killed the New York gun law and said that people have the right to publicly carry firefighters for self -defense. He also cited the ruling 2008 ruling in the house to block the DC ban on handgun.
