The residents of Philadelphia are on the shore after a link of sexual attacks targeting women in a Upskale neighborhood in the city, the authorities left in search of the attacker, before he hit again.

A day later, police said that another woman was trying to enter her apartment at around 3:13 pm when an unknown man sexually assaulted her.
On August 2, a victim reported to have an unknown person from behind and sexually assaulting him at 8:15 am, according to the police.

Police said two more incidents were reported on August 3.
Hours later, another victim told the police that she was opening her front door at around 12:30 when a man walked from behind and assaulted her.
