A person accused of killing his two -year -old grandson did not slap or killed him, he told a court.
Ethan Ewes-Griffith died of a “horrific” brain injury on 16 August 2021 after falling at his grandparents’ house.
Ethan’s grandfather Michael Ewes, 47, and Grandma Kerry Ewes, both denies both killings, allowing the child to die and a child to cruelty.
Ethan’s mother Shannon Ewes, 28, Mold, from Flintshire, refuses to cause or allow a child to cause or permission to cause cruelty.
