First on Fox: A conservative think tank that played an important role in shaping President Donald Trump’s “One Big, Beautiful Bill”, broadcasting a new roadmap of recommendations for the Republican’s second Act.
The Economic Policy Innovation Center, which styles itself as the “epic to the US”, is broadcasting a new memorandum with the GOP data of the major Congress in recent times, a source familiar with the group’s plans told Fox News Digital.
Memo, which was obtained by Fox News Digital, advises MPs to push it out in further medicade and regulatory reforms, crack the federal dollar for government pension and student loans, and uses fiscal policy to expand conservative goals on abortion and transgender treatment.
Despite the razor-slop prominence in the House and the Senate, it was a major victory for Republican leaders to pass Trump’s large-scale agenda bill. The epic, which keeps the bill as a success, argues that continuous reforms are required for meaningful fiscal reforms.

Memo said, “Unfortunately, with the victory for American people in OBBB, our work is far away. We should rebuild an economy that actually works for every American, while protecting the country’s financial foundation to ensure permanent flexibility,” the Memo said.
“The federal government is rapidly running out of the fiscal space. It is important to maintain sufficient fiscal space to give a proper response to the crisis. Within the fiscal limit and the current level of the loan, without space, elected officials will not have a place to maneuver in the event of the war, a natural disaster, or a mandi.”
On Medicade, the memo recommends the cost-sharing burden on the federal government-known as the federal medical aid percentage (FMAP)-“large, rich states” as well as Washington, for DC
The FMAP refers to the rate on which the federal government corresponds to the state Medicade payment, which is currently 50%.
The Memo asks DC to abolish the “Special Medicade subsidy FMAP Treatment”, with a minimum of 70%.
The first budget reconciliation bill of the Republican reduced some FMAP expansion permissible under the cheap care act (ACA), including emergency care for states. Medicade coverage to illegal immigrants,

Medicid cuts were one of the largest glued points during the conversation for the initial bill and will possibly be politically frightening for the Republican in the second round. Meanwhile, Democrats are using reforms as a political kudgel, accusing GOP of trying to get healthcare from millions of Americans.
But conservatives have seen the medicade out of waste, fraud and misuse – emphasizing their reforms, better protect the program for weak people who actually need it.
Memo recommends the Republican of the Congress to use the budget reconciliation process for “Federal Bureaucrat compensation and retirement improvement” and “public sector student debt forgiveness” among other goals.
On the social conservative policy front, the expansion of the ban on Epic Taxpayer Funds significantly sees as abortion providers for a second reconciliation bill.
The first Bill was seen as a win for life-supporting advocates, banning the Medicade Fund for abortion large healthcare providers, which would affect employed paternity and other similar organizations. But this ban is effective for only one year.

In a section titled “Protect Life and American Values”, with epic MPs urges “to expand the prohibition of taxpayer funding for large abortion providers” as well as to increase block medicated funds for gender transition care “.
It also asks MPs to “invest in election protection” and “a excise duty tax on higher education institutions that allow men to participate in women’s game.”
Epic was founded by Paul Vinfree, who first served as the director of the budget policy during the Trump administration.
The group also has close ties with Capital Hill, which was flexed during the conversation for Trump’s first agenda bill by recommending the policy initiative and directing its advice through various stages of the budget reconciliation process.

Budget harmony, which can be used thrice during the tenure of a given Congress, allows the party to implement widespread fiscal policy changes in power, while bypassing the opposition – in this case, in this case, Democrat – by 60 votes to pass the threshold of the Senate to pass from 60 votes to 51.
Brittany Madney, epic Executive Vice President and a former Congress ally, confirmed the veracity of the memorandum for Fox News Digital. He said that the group would use the same “playbook” during the first reconciliation process.
He said that the epic is offering an initial suggestion to MPs to “target, and is ready to work with Republicans through different stages of details as the details change and develop.”
“Compulsory expenditure improvement is an essential target for real fiscal change to close a loan spiral. That is why a second reconciliation bill building on victory in OBBB is important,” Madney said.

Two sources told Fox News Digital that the group’s efforts so far include a staff-tier briefing with the Republican Study Committee (RSC), which is the 189-member-magnificent house GOP group that serves as its own real think tank for the Republican Conference.
Many of the above proposals were discussed in that meeting, Fox News Digital was told to be invited to speak as part of the new RSC initiative, which is to workshop a second reconciliation bill.
